Front desk Nada very helpful. We had to cut short our stay and she assisted in giving us a cash refund which we paid when we checked in. Breakfast staff Shamsul gave good service.

The room is dark. Insufficient lights and mattress too soft.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was diverse and tasty! The breakfast room was also pleasant to eat in. The location is perfect for traveling by metro - with four metro stops, you are in the city center! Room service was also top-notch!

I missed a comfortable chair or bench with a backrest in the room. But the atmosphere in the room was very good!
Staff was friendly and nice. Location wasn't bad either, it was easy to get around major places in KL and the city center. Bed and facilities were generally good.

The first room I got was damp and the AC was dripping all night even after I requested a fix. It wasn't until day 2 that our room was changed, and we moved into a bigger space.
