The street view apartment is extremely noisy because of the heavy traffic of the highway and the poor quality windows.

That our reservation was cancelled by the managers before our arrival. We did not cancel. The apartment we were allocated was very dated and in need of repairs needs a refurbishment. Curtains and carpets were filthy.

Requested ground or 1st floor as 3 of us were 80. Had a top floor apartment no lift. Very difficult to carry luggage etcetera up and down
