The room was dirty the pillows were stained the sheets were stained , there was only one Donna for two beds , the room had a bad smell about it

Room was dirty and run down,couldnt adjust or turn off fan over main bed due to broken switch,aircon control was stuffed,the ceiling in bathroom had what looked like wet tissues thrown up onto it, we ran out of toilet paper, no replacement towels, cups and utensils in kitchen still had food and tide marks on them, powerpoint in kitchen was broken/ dangerous,everything had a dirty grim feel to it. On a positive note the rooms were a good size and it was convenient to all things.

My bathroom light didn’t work so me and my kids had to use my phone light in my phone or go to my mum and dad’s room to use their bathroom because the light had worked in their bathroom. Very disappointing!
