Nothing. The place was rundown, smelly and the toilets didn't and shower didn't work. We were moved four times to four different rooms in five days!

This place has been a nightmare! They switched us three times into three different rooms. This facility is run down, showers broken, toilets won't flush, rooms reek of smoke, AC is moldy and light fixtures are broken. And just now we came back to find the bathroom infested with ants. And they are about to move us the the 4th room. Thats 4 times we had to unpack, repack and unpack our clothing and sundries! In all the years we gave been staying at motels, hotels and Airbnb's, this gas been the absolute worst place ever. Please tell me how Booking.com will make this right? We have 2 more nights left in Chicago and we are dreading having to stay here for that!

room was maybe under construction? holes in walls, no blow-dryer, dirty floors, screen shredded on window, Not sound proof..only one small waste basket. not like the profile on site.
