The bed was comfortable, with clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were consistently helpful. Room service was fast. check in and check out process was done with ease. Staff were accommodating and helpful for early breakfasts. It felt quiet and calm, even in New Dehli!

It was all excellent, we wish we had longer there to experience the facilitiies more. Perhaps a little earlier breakfast opening however staff were able to accomodate this

Ii ordered a club sandwich to take away with me to have later for lunch during my journey. Sadly, the Sandwich turned out to be a big disappointment, and more so, given the hefty price! It was a thin, tasteless, flimsy product . Unworthy for such an excellent hotel. Fries were added, which i don't ask for or want.

It is a very peaceful place, perfect for resting after the chaos of India. Traveling to this destination is not easy, but staying in a hotel like this completely changes the experience. The food and breakfast were excellent, and the reception service was outstanding. I rarely give a hotel 10 points, but considering my stay and how they made my time in India pleasant, it was worth every cent. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as writing my name on the television with a personalized welcome message.

The only detail I would mention is that, for a hotel of this category, the showers do not have doors, so water splashes outside. This aspect could be improved. Apart from that, my stay was truly spectacular.
