Hot water was a challenge, room floors were damp and wet, they didn’t clean rooms or change sheets for entire stay(4 days)

Good, the only thing was that upon arrival the elevator was broken, but the next day it was already fixed.
The staff was awesome, very helpful. The room was wonderful, very clean, and the location is great, right in the middle of old San Juan. Will come back very soon!
