the Service at reception on arrival where after a long flight and staff at reception was not helpful, not even gentle. I have been to this hotel for the past 10 years or more and always been most welcome.

It is a good establishment, on all levels. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is a very secure and quiet establishment. The cleaning service was very regular and very professional.

Apparently, the staff is not willing to help their own regular customers in case of payment difficulties. I had forgotten my credit cards this time; check-in was not easy; I was on the verge of humiliation, while they had the option to take the money online directly from my reservation (I think); but, alas!
