Room a little small but I did know this before booking and it is Tel Aviv...

Clean, rooms are good size and well organized, full very clean kitchen available for hotel guests.
Very friendly staff. Amazing location and quite fairly priced. The rooftop patio was just fun to hang out on for sunset and at night.

Tanning beds on the patio had not mattress or towels, one bed was actually torn. The patio good have been cleaned better (dusty floor). The room was comfortable, looked nice but probably just a little less than the photo's suggest. Didn't have an iron which could have helped. Very limited soap/shampoo provided. (one small bottle of each)
