I really didn’t have any items I disliked about the hotel, I’ve always felt it was a superior place to stay
The staff is very attentive and accommodating (they always give good advice, including their driver). Our room was fantastic, we were lucky to be upgraded. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop is worth a visit with its breathtaking view of Table Mountain. We highly recommend!

The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood. On the first night, I feared noise due to a party in an adjacent building, but the noise died down by 10 pm

Advertised as a spa hotel, but they only had a small outside area with a small pool and jacuzzi and no available treatments within 24 hours of arrival. Kind of disappointing when you book a spa place. But they were all just wonderful and even captured my lost scarf from the roof!!!
