Unfortunately, this review does not allow me to highlight some of the actual benefits of this property. The greeting was amazing, the place has a fantastic facade and is very inviting. However, the rooms are very dated, and there are housekeeping products all over the floors. The rooms are extremely dated, and the bed covers are disgusting and should be replaced immediately. It was what I needed, which is a perfect location near the port for an early morning ferry. It did not help that the strikes were not on time, although this is not the hotel's fault. Sadly, it did add to the dissatisfaction.

This hotel is good for two things: sleeping and showering. The rooms are very small. The 'Free Internet' is non-existent. The coffee shop in the lobby is twice as expensive as the coffee shops two doors down. The A/C works great though. Very close to the airport and port where the cruise ships come in. It is clean.

The staff at check-in was wonderful! So kind and friendly. The room itself was outdated and in need of some serious updating. A decent place to stay for one night that is close to the port, though.

The best choice for accommodation in Heraklion. Perfect location, staff always willing to serve. There is a snack bar at the accommodation for food and drinks - simply perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights, great hotel and very clean. The property is close to the center and port, it's easy to park and find good restaurants around! The staff is always ready to assist.
