Very good location in the city center, close to transportation. Decent breakfast. The rooms are very functional. The staff is very pleasant. The hotel is clean and well soundproofed. I was not disappointed....

Only downside, the staff does not speak French. Especially for the reception as it is important. The staff did their best to understand us and try to answer our questions. That's the ESSENTIAL!

Very satisfied with the always smiling and available staff as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. However, I was very disappointed and upset by the Management who did not make an effort to provide us with free breakfast even though it was included in the summer offer on Booking. There were 4 of us friends and we had individually booked at the same rate for 4 days. Due to a material error at the time of booking, 2 of us did not have this offer, after some exchanges, the Management did not want to hear anything and gave us 10% off a 15€ breakfast which seemed paltry to us. WHAT A SHAME!!!

The lack of commercial sense of the Management. And a very expensive rate for a breakfast.

The staff were professional and personable, very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Our gratitude goes to Carolina and Daniella at the front desk and all the staff that made our stay a memorable one.
