Good breakfast, nothing was missing. The hotel is located in the middle of a street with restaurants and bars, which is convenient for a late dinner or drink. No disturbing noise despite the location. Clean and tidy.

Hard to find, the signs to surrounding restaurants are gigantic compared to the hotel sign. Large room with a toilet and a shower (without a toilet), it would have been more practical with two toilets. The hotel is divided into several stairwells, we would have preferred the room to be in the same stairwell as the reception and breakfast room. The room was also located at the top which means only skylights.

The apartments are really located in the center of Budapest's tourist life. Everything is very close. There is a paid parking nearby for 40€. The apartments are located on a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and have everything necessary for living. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Overall, I recommend these apartments.

Great location - within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. Also access to a nice gym for a fee. Please note many units don't have dryers, only washing machines. There is a laundromat less than a 2-minute walk. Overall a nice place.

Bathroom. There is a bathtub. There is no shower curtain. And the handle of the faucet is not suitable for hanging.

Unfortunately, our stay ended with a very unpleasant discovery. On the morning of our departure, we noticed blood stains on the sheets and found bed bugs on the bedding. We documented the situation with photos and videos and reported it immediately to the reception. I believe this is important information for future guests, so I cannot leave it out of my review. However, I also want to emphasize how professionally and kindly the staff handled the situation. From the moment we reported the problem, they were understanding, apologetic, and completely open to cooperation. They took our complaint seriously, asked us to send the photographic and video evidence, waived the additional pet fee, and agreed to a full refund of our stay. They also contacted Booking.com themselves and confirmed the refund in writing. The full amount has now been returned to us. It was obviously a very unpleasant experience, and I sincerely hope the property has taken all necessary measures to resolve the bed bug problem. At the same time, I greatly appreciate the way the staff treated us. Problems can unfortunately happen, but the way a property responds to a serious problem says a lot — and in this respect, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. Thank you again for your kindness, understanding, and professional response.
