I really liked the attention of the staff, always very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

The only thing I didn't like was that in the apartment I stayed in, the kitchen floors were "loose," giving a strange feeling when walking. But nothing that would spoil the experience.

Wi-Fi is almost non-existent. Impossible to use. It was greatly missed because I was with teenage children and their internet with mobile data from the TIM operator was also not good. The room is cold at night with wind coming in through the hole in the old window air conditioner. There are no hangers in the closets. Towel and toilet paper holders are falling. The bed headboard makes noise because it is not securely fixed. The double mattress is the type that any movement on one side moves the other side a lot. Good TV but only in the living room. Problems may have been specific and exclusive to my accommodation.
