Considering that we arrived at a particular time, immediately after a huge brawl at the hotel restaurant, for which the police had cordoned off the entire area for 24 hours, the staff did not provide us with any specific information about the incident or the safety of the area (arriving to find everything cordoned off is not reassuring), nor did they bother to clean and disinfect the entrance, nor to compensate in any way for the lack of service provided (i.e., the restaurant for dinner). The room was average (I had requested a crib but they provided a third bed), the breakfast did not satisfy us, everything seemed poorly maintained and uninviting.
