The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the promenade and in the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui. We didn't have breakfast, but there are a couple of cafes down the street where they serve delicious breakfasts.

Couldn't access the pool area due to the risk of a thunderstorm. Would have liked more room for suitcases.
Beautiful hotel - very comfortable and clean. Great atrium on the 3rd floor - a fabulous surprise! We have booked to come back and stay on our return.

City center, near metro (5 min). 16th floor, room is large, cozy, silent, soundproofing is good. Free socket adapter and free filtered water in the bathroom are amazing. Staff is helpful.

Room 935 was very humid with a strong musty smell, every night returning to the room to sleep there was a damp feeling in the bedding.
