It was not as described, the noises, the cooking facilities, and strange comforts in the hotel corridor, I think it's not a hotel but a hostel

The best breakfast I've had, too few options to choose from. The toppings were only for those who can eat pork, those who can't only had the option of cheese, otherwise there are other options that can be offered.

The bathroom was full of black and red mold. The room smelled musty, giving me a headache.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner. My wife lifted the mattress topper to adjust it. Underneath, a lot of trash was found.

Nothing at all like in the pictures, already when we drove in, it looked like a dilapidated building where large parts of the facade paint had peeled off. We thought maybe it was just the outside that looked a bit rundown, we got our room but when we opened the door, there was already a family in the room so we apologized and closed it. Everyone can make mistakes and the staff had given them the room without writing it down, when we got our second room and entered, there was black mold in the entire bathroom without exaggeration and the curtains were moth-eaten with stains on them. We went back and said it was unacceptable and that we wanted a new room. Our third room also had black mold in the bathroom as well as some dead silverfish and hair in the shower. We were getting really upset now because it was very late and we were really tired and had been awake since 04:00 the same morning. We asked for a refund so we could book another accommodation but they said it was not possible, we sat down and looked at other accommodations nearby but unfortunately there was no other accommodation available that did not cost several thousand for one night and since it was so late and we were so tired, we decided to at least sleep there for one night and try to find a new accommodation the next day. In the morning, we went to the reception and said that we might not come back and therefore handed in our room key but asked them not to check us out in case we had not found another place but that we would contact them if we had found something else and that they could then check us out, which they approved and said was okay. Unfortunately, we did not find another accommodation but when we called back in the afternoon and said that we would come back, they said they had checked us out and that all rooms were now occupied, but in the end, they were able to book a room for us at their other hotel on Lidingö and that hotel was actually quite okay, the room was fresh and clean.
