I had a great experience at this accommodation. I arrived a little before check-in time and they allowed me to enter the room, which helped me a lot as I arrived tired from the trip. The room was clean and well organized, with clean bed linens and towels. The hotel has good facilities with a restaurant, a room with an iron for ironing clothes, etc. The breakfast is very good, with eggs (which I found rare in Peru) and good food. The receptionist Camila (and the others as well) assisted us well during check-in and check-out. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out until flight time, which is very convenient for guests. I would like to highlight the employee Camila from breakfast, as she is very proactive and caring with the guests, besides speaking Portuguese very well.

I felt a little deceived by the reviews lol the drains were clogged, both the sink and the bathroom, it accumulated a lot of water before draining. The bed is very hard (not firm, hard), the pillows are very thin and the breakfast has little variety, there is only a small pot of fruit which on the first day I found a hair and decided not to eat it again on the second day. The noise is very bothersome, there is no soundproofing (we were on the sixth floor facing the street), as the hotel is located on a busy avenue. I would not stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend it, unfortunately.
