When we arrived to settle in a tent with a separate bathroom, which we had already paid for in advance. It turns out it was accidentally given to other people. Grateful that at 3 am we were not thrown out onto the street and were given a free room at that time. But that room turned out to have a shared bathroom for several rooms. So, this room was cheaper. We were not offered a refund, I'm sorry, I also didn't hear an apology. Great place, relatively clean, great location. But this situation spoiled our impression of staying in Warsaw.

Just so you know, it's in the old town and the building itself is old. But for us, it was not an issue.

Very well located. Nice place, and once your issues of finding it are solved, things work perfectly. Don't go with lots of luggage. The stairs are old, tiny, and very uncomfortable to use with luggage. Once you are set, everything is fine.
