WIFI, TELEVISION (NO CHANNELS; DIDN'T WORK ON ARRIVAL AND DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. HEATING NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH. FLOOR COVERING TOTALLY DEGRADED, NOT WORTHY OF AN IBIS. IT SEEMS THAT DURING HEAVY RAINS, WATER ENTERS AT THE LEVEL OF THE WINDOW DOORS. THE STAFF WITH A LACK OF ENTHUSIASM FOR THEIR WORK
