A szoba lehetetlenül kicsi volt 2 ember sem tudott mozogni benne , ráadásul hiába szellőztettünk végtelenül büdös volt, a villamos miatt beremegett a föld.

Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön und auch die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Wir waren fünf Freundinnen und hatten eine tolle Suite. Leider war das Frühstück nicht besonders gut, da das Essen nicht wirklich frisch war. Ansonsten war alles super!

Was ich aber unbedingt erwähnen muss, ist die blonde Dame mit Brille an der Rezeption. Beim Check-out war sie extrem unfreundlich und arrogant. Sie fragte, wo wir unser Auto geparkt hätten. Obwohl ich ihr erklärte, dass es in der Garage des Hotels stand, wollte sie mir nicht glauben, nur weil ich meinen Autoschlüssel wieder mitgenommen hatte. Sie meinte sogar, wenn mir die Regeln nicht passen, hätte ich draussen parken sollen. Ganz ehrlich: Was ich mit meinem eigenen Autoschlüssel mache, ist meine Entscheidung. Ich verstehe, dass es Regeln gibt, aber man kann diese auch freundlich und respektvoll erklären, anstatt Gäste so arrogant zu behandeln. Ich bin in Italien geboren und aufgewachsen und kenne die Regeln sehr gut. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen möchte ich meinen Autoschlüssel einfach nicht bei fremden Personen lassen. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist meiner Meinung nach absolut unprofessionell und respektlos. Sehr schade, dass eine so unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin den ansonsten schönen Aufenthalt am Ende negativ beeinflusst hat.
