Stayed in a luxury suite for two nights in a row. The hotel's room is considered a top suite, but the ceiling leaked in the middle of the night on the first night. Reported and fixed, but leaked again the next night. Continued... Tried to call to report the issue the next day, but no one answered the phone. Had to personally go to the front desk on the first floor to report. The handling of room ceiling leaks by a five-star hotel is truly incomprehensible. And such a serious service mistake, there is no appropriate compensation plan. Very disappointed with the hotel, not recommended to stay.
The room was spacious and had a great view of the Window of the World Park. I also loved the bathtub. I also loved that the hotel has direct access to the mall, and through the mall, direct access to the metro—so you don’t even need to go outside to catch your train.
