The hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. There was nothing particularly special about the facilities, the pool was not working during our stay, and the hair dryer in the room did not work. Breakfast was decent, but fairly standard and similar to what you get at many other hotels.
Everything was excellent, clean, food in the restaurant was great as well as all stuff in the restaurant. Reception stuff super helpful and accommodating. Top service. Hair salon in hotel exceptional. Both ladies very nice and excellent in what they do. Recommend 100%. This is our second time staying and will come again next year. Thank you!

Maintenance should have been much better. In mid-summer with very high temps outside AC was not working in around 5-6 rooms that we have been given... Obviously, staff tried to accommodate with a new room, but we actually changed 5 of them until we were finally given the one with working AC. For this location and rated, basic maintenance really needs to go a few levels up.
The restaurant was amazing great food and a very nice revolving restaurant very cool. Room was one of the largest I have seen and was very nice and comfy to relax and watch TV. Staff very nice and helpful. Close to the airport and a very nice local family-friendly park nice walk nearby and tram is available right outside the hotel. Also, a very nice mosque nearby one of the most beautiful I have seen since I went to Bosnia called King Fahd mosque. Also a nice burger place right in front of the hotel. With numerous places to work as well, it was a very nice hotel

Pool was advertised on booking and their website was very nice looking and we went there mainly coz of this very nice pool and to our surprise it had been closed for years and not one notification on either booking or their website. It was advertised on booking on their gallery which they have now taken down and is still on the hotel gallery.
