I have traveled abroad quite a bit, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, the hotel staff did everything to make our stay especially comfortable, Jen was sharp, professional, and helped with everything including organizing trips and guiding to tourist sites, simply no words, excellent breakfast at the hotel, clean rooms, simply a 10.

The staff were so nice and friendly. They knew when I needed assistance and jumped to help with a friendly smile. We stayed at several places in Vietnam, but this place I can say stood out and I will be coming back. The spa at the Hotel was amazing, as were the ladies. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We looked forward to breakfast every morning with delicious food and awesome people working up there. All around 10000% awesome. A BIG thank you to everyone working there 💛

It is well located.

The room was dirty and very dusty. Also, the light comes in early so you can't sleep much if you are bothered by light. It's a shame because the facilities are good but it seems they don't maintain them well. For example, in the gym, there is an air conditioner that doesn't work.
