TV selection poor and a malfunctioning TV. The price and information on the SPA part were poor. I think that the guests at the hotel should get a much lower price for the pool. We received no information on how to use the pool.
Amazing and beautiful hotel right by the water. Located in a building that used to be a factory. We liked that it's not in the old city or another crowded place, but in a peaceful and quiet area. Across from the hotel, there is a ferry station from which you can reach an island with an amusement park and museums like ABBA, for example. From this island, you take another ferry to the beautiful old town of Stockholm. The room was huge, spacious, and very pleasant. The breakfast was huge with a huge selection for every taste. The staff was very nice and polite. We felt at home. Next to the hotel, there is a promenade where you can walk for kilometers along the water, with beautiful spots nearby.

Room was fine but a little outdated, just small things like a cheap shower curtain and stains on the couch. The windows of the rooms that are not on the waterfront are really small, nothing you can do about it as it's an old building but a bit surprising
