Das Personal, vor allem die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat (zusätzliche Decken oder Handtücher) wurde dies auf Wunsch sofort organisiert. Über mögliche Aktivitäten wurde informiert und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Der Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein, es standen bereits die nächsten Gäste in der Türe, wenn man noch beim Frühstück saß, wodurch wir etwas gestresst wurden, da wir das Gefühl hatten den Tisch nicht zu lange besetzen zu dürfen. Das Angebot und der Service beim Frühstück waren jedoch gut, ein überschaubares Buffett, für den Preis aber völlig in Ordnung.

Bohužel fotografie klamou, vstupní budova stará, špinavá, vstup přes XY kódů. Pokoje malé, zima, hlučné, slyšíte sousedy u personál. Recepce je vlastně v hale bytu a pokoje jsou jako v bytě vedle sebe. Slyšíte každý příchod personálu, který přichází v 7 ráno. Prostor na snídani je v kuchyni, takže jen 2 stoly, kam se všichni hosti nevejdou a musíte čekat na místo. Nespokojenost.

Both are very clean, though the bathrooms in the older rooms are smaller and darker. In the renovated section, everything is impeccable. The breakfast is surprisingly good for a guesthouse in Italy—very tasty and plentiful. The value for money is excellent. I recommend it without reservation.

The only slightly odd thing is that there are codes for everything: the gate, the elevator (yes, there is an elevator), the entrance to the hallway where the rooms are located, and the rooms themselves—that’s 4 codes to enter. Even if the entrance to the inner courtyard looks a bit off-putting, don’t worry; the rooms are very, very clean and welcoming.
