Na reserva pedi um apto silencioso e creio que nem leram. Sou idosa e o barulho me incomoda demais. Me puseram atrás da caixa de corrida do elevador, próximo ao motor. O barulho era insuportável!! Reclamei na recepção e só me trocaram no dia seguinte (alegando lotação). A noite foi péssima, barulho de trator. Chovia muito no dia seguinte, mal entrei nesse 2° apto e vi um monte de água descendo pelas paredes e empoçando no chão. Me mudaram novamente, aí para um apto reformado, melhor. Porem não havia toalheiro perto do box, a papeleira do banheiro caiu dentro do cesto de lixo e pude constatar que estava grudada com durex comum na parede (nem ao menos usaram 1 parafuso, ou uma fita dupla-face. Nota-se um certo descaso da direção com as necessidades do hóspede e também com a manutenção geral do hotel. Já deveriam há muito tempo ter feito um isolamento acústico nos elevadores. Não valeu o custo-benefício, eu não pretendo voltar lá.
