The staff attention and service
The hotel itself is dated. Lack of maintenance 100%, hardly any light around the hotel. The air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken, along with leaks and mould in the bathrooms. We found cockroaches. The staff were amazing and friendly.
The Indian receptionist's attitude in the evening shift is excellent and the hotel is very good.
