The pool is excellent. Also loved the swim-up bar in the pool. The whole resort is very lush with beautiful plants everywhere. The shuttle bus twice a day into town is handy.

Noisy aircon, especially for sleeping. Background music that plays in communal areas starts playing early and loud enough to be heard from bed in the morning. We had to get a car to go anywhere, as there isn't too much for tourists around the area. Towels and/or bedding seemed to be changed daily, which wasn't needed, and isn't very eco-friendly.
The property was very lush with plant life and appreciated the signs identifying the trees. The pool was nice and scenic. The spa staff were the highlight of the stay. They were all very personable and friendly, and did a great job! They were also respectful and responsive. We also appreciated the mosquito netting around the beds.

Grounds were very beautiful. Breakfast was pretty good but undercooked. Had a later dinner at the hotel and the meal was good but expensive. Room was very nice and housekeeping turned the room over every day. Was able to keep A/C running when we were away from room. Seemed like a pretty good location. Staff was great and beyond eager to help with all of our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower had mold in the tile grout. No ATM on site. Hotel was located too far away for pick up by 2 out of the 3 tour companies, so we had to take a taxi to another hotel for pickup and drop-off. Extra service fees for on site restaurant were very high.
