This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The highlights were the staff with their impeccable service especially Marianella. The breakfast buffet was another highlight with its amazing selection including traditional Andean foods. Location was also amazing, very close to Plaza de Armas and next door to Wanchaq Train station. Great value for money overall. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Cusco.

Room with a musty smell and a rooster that crowed all night at my window and I couldn't sleep

Above all, the breakfast was very good and varied. We especially liked that there were many typical Peruvian dishes. The staff, especially at breakfast, was very courteous and friendly. However, breakfast items could be replenished a bit faster. The hotel's location was very good and everything was always clean. Very spacious rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is wonderful. I will recommend it to anyone. I want to thank the manager in charge, Vanessa, for spending so much time helping me check in for the flight and print the boarding passes. Even though she was very busy, she helped us.
