Beautiful property: rich buffet breakfast in a very pleasant space overlooking the double pool (normal and jacuzzi) and gym. Room with daily change of towels and replenishment of courtesy sets. Good location to reach all attractions comfortably by metro but also on foot!

Check-in was inefficient and laborious. The lady at reception at 5.30 pm during check-in was not helpful and somewhat rude. She would only give me one key even though there was someone staying with me. Cleaning services came before 9 am 2 mornings in a row which woke us up. Reception was overwhelmed at times and needed more than one person. Waiting times were long
