Great staff, especially Wu Hao Wu and another male receptionist (he was on duty on the night of 31/8) who made the extra effort to help me with sending parcel, and with my booking. The cleaning lady was very friendly as well. Hotel is located about 100m away from Guangzhou East (Metro station and Guangzhou railway).
