1. Booking.com's process. My wife booked one room for 2 people and later booked a second room for one person. Booking.com combined both in one reservation. Booking.com sent confirmation of the reservation but only referenced the first room. I later reserved a second room for our third person and Booking.com sent a confirmation with a second reservation number, not knowing a second room had already been booked. Facility's records showed we had booked 3 rooms, so I had to cancel the second booking, with no refund for cancellation. 2. No bureau or other drawers for overnight storage. 3. Only one elevator.
