An excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spectacular, with a beautiful view, private jacuzzi, and all the amenities of a top-notch hotel. The facilities are amazing and everything is very well-maintained. But what really made our stay special was the attention of the staff. We went as a family and it coincided with our daughter's birthday; they had the beautiful gesture of surprising her with a birthday cake. It was a gesture we did not expect and it moved us deeply. They attended to us at all times with exceptional kindness and willingness, making us feel truly cared for. It's those details that make the difference and make you want to come back. Beautiful place. The breakfast was amazing and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The beds were queen and a half. Everything was excellent. The pool water was nice and warm.

The parking. Few spaces and tight exit. Anyway, it was not bothersome not to enter with the car since the area is very quiet.

The views, landscapes like in a movie. Excellent staff attention, very friendly and willing. The room was spacious, clean, with no unpleasant odors. Clean bathroom, everything neatly arranged. They have a recreation room with games and machines, it is an excellent place for families with children.

To mention something that could be improved, the pool was extremely crowded at one point on Saturday afternoon. Same with the restaurant at breakfast. At lunch, we arrived and the buffet food had run out. Things to consider if you have a high occupancy rate. Still, it was not something that bothered us, but it could have been better.
