Location and Facilities: The hotel is connected by a corridor to the Planet Hollywood casino and has a variety of shops and places to eat. Very accessible for people with wheelchairs. The place is quiet and without loud noises. The hotel meets expectations.

The beds and pillows are somewhat hard. On the first day, with the cleaning issue, I used the indication buttons in the room but they didn't work, I had to go down to reception to arrange for cleaning every day. And by the way, if you order some Amazon packages to be delivered to the hotel, you will be charged a small amount of money to receive it. So don't be scared like I was.

The location is perfect, the hotel is directly connected to a mall where you can find numerous dining options. The pool is also really nice, and the hotel is very modern.

It would be great if all rooms could be equipped with a shower and there were windows that could be opened. Also, unfortunately, it was relatively loud at night because one side of the hotel is next to a parking garage which is heavily frequented, creating noise.
