The supervisor (blond lady) is very unprofessional & disrespectful to her staff. It is obvious she terrorizes them. She needs leadership training or to go. These were my observations every single time I saw her around.
What a fantastic place! The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and real. The food and drinks were top-notch. The rooms were beautiful. And, the views were the best in PV. It's quiet and away from the noise and hustle of downtown PV, yet only a few minutes away by Taxi or Uber, both which are easy to call, and all drivers know this place. If you're looking for an oasis of peace in PV, this is it. I will definitely recommend Grand Miramar to anyone that goes to PV.
