There were no lifts to the breakfast room/restaurant. People with disabilities found it difficult to navigate the stairs. The layout needs changing around. Beds need replacing and the room could be updated.

Nous avions été gênés par le bruit de la musique provenant de la piscine dans notre première chambre. Najoua a pris le temps de nous écouter, de nous accompagner et de tout faire pour que nous puissions changer de chambre et choisir celle qui nous convenait le mieux. Elle a également eu de délicates attentions tout au long de notre séjour, en nous apportant des infusions, des petites gourmandises et de l’eau, tout en prenant régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Un grand merci à Najoua pour son attention, sa disponibilité et son sens du service.
