You had to pay extra for parking, I know Edinburgh is expensive to park, but £15 a day is ridiculous- in a wee car park out front!

Try asking for a fork. They literally look at you and say we can't give you any "silverware" Tried to hand me a cardboard knife to eat a pod noodle with. Then ended up with a teaspoon.

The staff was lovely. Everybody we encountered was kind and polite. We ordered traditional breakfast and it was alright. There was a good selection of other morning foods in the buffet as well like toast, jams, yogurt etc.. I think the value for money is good. Also, the hotel is in a great location.

I think the room could have been cleaner, specially the bathroom. And overall the spaces look a bit worn out.
