When checking out of the hotel, I had to wait a long time for my car to be brought, which was annoying to me

External facilities such as the beach did not serve the purpose well, like having staff for guests' requests and providing cold water. As for the main swimming pool, I hope that children are not allowed to swim in it due to the presence of a bar and also for the guests' comfort from the noise of children, knowing that the resort has a private children's pool with its facilities
