Incredible reception, we arrived at night, all employees willing to help! Excellent breakfast, very attentive staff! Perfect location. Spacious room.

Parking with extra charge, the daily rate does not include it! Terrible pillows, I suggest improving the quality. Room with normal windows, which is a problem due to street noise, curtains let light in. Our room close to the elevator also had more noise.

Lack of maintenance in the rooms. Walls swollen by humidity, had to change rooms because the window was on the first floor above the building's marquee and the locks were broken. Generating a sense of insecurity. But the room change was done quickly.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The sign said "butter" and it was "margarine", at this level, for 2 days, so it wasn't just one mistake. On the third day, I didn't even go down for breakfast!
