This property is top for: location (the city center is within a pleasant 20-minute walk; or by metro, with two stops nearby, Anjos and Arroios); wide choice of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the vicinity; cleanliness (the rooms are very clean, in fact, they were tidied up every day, and even the sheets and towels, which were often changed, even though we did not ask for it); very comfortable beds; friendly reception staff, especially the guy. I would come back!

Just a tiny suggestion: give the window curtains a wash, as they get dirty easily since they face the street.
