The pool's cold water
Easy check-in and check-out, and the staff was very friendly

The power went out for two days and my room was on the 7th floor. Also, due to water pressure issues, I couldn't use the bathroom or shower. They literally gave me buckets of cold water to cover that part.

The shower was a total mess, the drain was completely clogged with horrible hair coming out of it. My husband was very upset about this situation, and there was a lack of shampoo and conditioner.
