The staff was partly very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room is newly renovated and now very bright.

The reception staff does not speak English very well and seems somewhat uninterested at times. This can be improved. It is important to get a room on the upper floors (from the 7th floor) as Nguyen Hue Street can be very lively even at night. Therefore, choose a room that does not face the street and spend the evening in the hustle and bustle on Nguyen Hue Street.

The walls are very thin, so the outside music can be heard, making it hard to sleep. The room is small.
