For a hotel of this standard, we were somewhat surprised to find that few staff members spoke English, which could sometimes complicate interactions. Moreover, compared to our stay 7 years ago, we regretted that the bar no longer offers the delicious cocktails that we had enjoyed so much at the time. It's a shame because it was one of the little details that helped make the experience particularly pleasant.
Top cleanliness, staff always attentive to the smallest detail. Very abundant breakfast (both savory, as always in Asia, but also sweet... as Italians, we loved the presence of Nutella).
