Very good stay. One aspect to improve is the breakfast, there is no variety and the dining room is very small. Everything else is excellent (facilities, cleanliness, location, comfort)

The kitchen in my apartment never worked, I notified the office and they didn't do anything about it. We rented 3 apartments and all of them had different issues. The elevators also had some issues and only one was working.

Unlike a hotel, these Aparta-Hotels come with a real kitchen including dishes, utensils, hardware, pans, and a coffee maker. Very clean, free breakfast, great service. The beach is 2 blocks away. Fine dining and stores are 8 blocks away. Very safe neighborhood. People walk outside with their dogs, bikes, and roller blades. Yes, I would stay there again.

Unlike a hotel, these Aparta-Hotels come with a real kitchen including dishes, utensils, hardware, pans, and a coffee maker. Very clean, free breakfast, great service. The beach is 2 blocks away. A quiet place away from all the tourists

The management located in the garage of the hotel was all about money and not about delivering good customer service. We reserved a five-day stay online on Expedia and were given the option to pay at the hotel upon check-in. We paid for five days at the hotel when we checked in. The managers (there were two men in the office who said that they were managers) took our payment for five days and purposely did not mention that they would charge us for the previous day that we reserved but could not check in. We reserved for five days, Sunday check-in and check out on Saturday but actually checked in on Monday. In the end, the managers said that we reserved but did not show on Sunday so we needed to pay for an extra day. We were charged for a Sunday stay but did not stay at the hotel on Sunday. Since we planned to stay for five days we were forced to pay for an additional day. We paid for six days but only stayed for five days. We were not told in advance or at check-in of this additional day charge and were sent an email on the day before check out telling us that we had to check out immediately or had to pay an additional day to remain at the hotel. As a family with children, we were put in a difficult take it or leave it position and were taken advantage of. We were ripped off by the managers. As visitors from the US, we would not recommend this hotel to any American visitors to Colombia.
