One of the rooms had a lot of dust on the floor and in the cupboard. This was cleaned after we asked for it to be. The blind in the double room was also broken. There was so much ambient light it was challenging to sleep. We were left with one tea towel and no spares, also no spare rubbish bags to change the bin. As we were there for a week we had to ask for more. We were surprised to see the reception completely closed over the weekend although there was a number for urgent requests.

The apartment was old, dusty, not particularly clean, mismatched crockery, lots of bird poo on the Balcony. Grout is filthy! Furniture old and grubby!< Needs a renovation badly and is expensive for what they are offering.

Our mattress smelled awful, even though they tried to fix it, the problem was the humidity. We cannot sleep well because of the smell… Changing the sheets again wasn't enough
