Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es gab sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen.

Trotz Nachfrage und Bestätigung konnte das Doppelbett nicht in eine twin Bett Lösung geändert werden. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage pustet einem ständig kalte Luft um die Nase, wenn man im Bett liegt. Schaltet man die Klimaanlage aus bekommt man keine Frischluft. Im Restaurant und in der Bar wird man permanent mit Easy Listening 50ziger Jahre x Swing Musik beschallt, auch beim Frühstück. Italienisches Essen im Restaurant ist eher durchschnittlich als außergewöhnlich wie in der Beschreibung angepriesen.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to all main attractions. Quality and range of food available for breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and stored baggage as we had a later flight. Some cookies and chocolates were left in our room which was appreciated as we didn't arrive until after midnight.

Only small issues so we didn't flag with anyone. One of the bath towels had holes in it. The only other issue was that we couldn't sit in the bar area after 11pm. The reception is still open but it would have been nice to sit beside electric fire with view of street outside.

la salle de douche aurait besoin d'être rénovée car la peinture s'écaille le long des murs salle de restaurant un peu bruyante le matin
