When booking we were not aware that we were right next to a construction site, (lovely views to such site) the noise was constant and started really early. Also the room was really dusty (maybe because it had been empty for a long time or maybe construction related)

We could not get the TVs to work. There was no volume. No instructions as it was hooked up through foxtel.The phone to reception did not work. Kids not happy! There was no plug for the large kitchen sink, so hard to do the dishes. (There was a dish washer, but did not like to use for smalloads). There was no cleaning products and just two small sachets of washing up liquid. They expected the place to be left clean and tidy. Bit hard when there was no cleaning sprays. We used the body wash from the bathroom.
