Everything was good except for the plugs behind the bed, couldn't charge
Ideal location to visit Sarajevo, friendly staff, very good and complete buffet breakfast, huge gym, comfortable beds. Additionally, we were upgraded to a superior room from the reservation.

Good location but sadly parking is only available nearby for 20€ / day at Hotel Europa. Pool & sauna are nice.

The en-suite bathroom has a transparent glass door... I get the bathtub/shower in room thing but this is kinda ridiculous.
