Having an on-site restaurant serving dinner helps a lot to avoid delivery food. The apartment interior is super calm, without noise and disturbances, and the location is crucial.

Parking is paid separately and the daily rate is very expensive, R$ 40.00. Breakfast is good, could only have some different things, but it does not discredit the hotel.

Parking!! The guy was having a side conversation with another employee, not giving importance to the fact that we were there, discussing a matter unrelated to work, a lack of consideration at the moment. Finally, I left the car and keys in his hands and went up to the hotel where he realized and came back to charge us and assist us. I want to make it clear that I was the only customer present, there were no other customers being attended to. The treatment was completely different when I went to pick up the vehicle the next day, there was another friendly valet who assisted us with great cordiality and friendliness, the opposite of the person who received us.

We only used it at night, but the TV system is poor, only open TV channels, Senate TV, religious channels, etc., and with many signal 'drops'. Apart from that, excellent, would return.

Great breakfast, lots of variety, excellent location, I went to an event in the south center and it was very close, there are several restaurants around to order food from or eat on-site, close to the waterfront. Good hotel structure, the staff working there is very polite.

My only complaint is about the hotel's acoustics, as you can hear what happens in the hallway and some conversations from the adjacent rooms. I know they don't have much control over this, but it was the only thing that bothered me a little at bedtime.
