Worst experience ever! When I got there (two days after booking and getting a confirmation, I got told that the booking is not showing and that the had no rooms left!

I was very annoyed by a booking error, I received a booking confirmation for 3 days but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me of a technical error in the application. This means the hotel stopped reservations but the application continued to book, resulting in no rooms being available. A very difficult situation at the very least, leading to a waste of time. Then they gave me a room for only one day.

I booked a room, my booking was confirmed. But after arriving at the hotel from the airport I was informed that the hotel is full bed and no room available!!! whos mistake is this ??..why didn't they inform booking about the situation??is it fair to go and look for another hotel after travelling long hours?
